How does my payment plan work for the Resurgence® membership?
You will be charged $39.95 for the 30 day introductory kit (plus $8.95 shipping and handling) at the
time of purchase. California residents add 9.75% sales tax ($4.77).
Every 90 days you will receive a full-sized, 90-day supply of ResurgenceŽ. Every month you will be
billed $39.95 (plus $8.95 only when shipments are sent). You may choose a one pay option, where
you will be billed every 90 days for $119.85 plus $8.95 shipping and handling.
